Use graphics procressor greyed out in Photoshop CC 2018 and 2019

So, I used to use photoshop on windows 8.1 with Graphics Processor enabled, working very well. Then I updated to Windows 10 and it is now greyed out. Tried a lot of stuff to fix it. And the driver is updated, I checked on Intel's website.
