Weird Issue with Elements Editor after Updating to Sonoma

What is going on with my color palette? I updated the OS and now look. The foreground color preview is halved, and the Color Picker seems... glitchy. Can't seem to shake it out. Anyone know what's up?

Yes unfortunately, it seems any photoshop elements versions 2022 and older have severe graphical issues when running on macOs Sonoma 14.

Photoshop elements 2023 and 2024 seem to be fine on mac OS Sonoma 14

What?  You mean that a Photoshop program from one or two years ago is already completely unusable with the current OS??  This is nuts!  I only use Elements Editor because I'm dirt poor and it's free.  Am I actually going to have to shell out hard cash because I made the mistake of updating my software by a single year?
