White spots appear when zoomed in

Hello,

White spots (artifacts or image distrotion) appears when zooming in to the image.

Disabling "Use Graphic Processor" solves the issue. However, I want to use my GPU - that's why I have it in the first place. (AMD 6800 XT). Newest Adobe software, newest GPU drivers. GPU is listed as supported. Here is the video link showing the issue: https://youtu.be/CQ3rssuyijc

Adobe Photoshop Version: 23.1.1
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
AMD GPU Drivers: 22.2.1
