Question

2 Dead computers, need deactivation help

I have two dead computers, one PC, one Mac, both loaded with Elements 10 -- the most important software on my boat.  I bought a new Mac and can't load Elements 10 on it because the old computers still take up both activation slots. I have the serial number for Elements 10 and simply want to move forward from here.  Please help. Please. Please.

Thanks Dhananjay.  I have sent the information you requested in another message.  Is it safe to assume that georgep820942 is my Adobe email address?

Whether or not PSEv.10 will function satisfactorily on your new Mac is another issue.

Thanks hatstead. dhananjay has requested contact info from me, so I hope we'll get this thing underway soon.  Re. putting version 10 on the new iMac -- I understand no guarantees, but it ran successfully and without a burp for five years on my MacBook Pro, using the latest versions of OS X, as they were released.  When the Pro died, it was running the same version of OS X that is now on the iMac.  So let's please all keep our fingers crossed.  I like Elements version 10 way better than any of the later versions. IMHO It's more straightforward and just makes better sense.
