ACR 13.4
I'm using Photoshop Elements 2021 and ACR 13.0
How do I update ACR to 13.4 ?
I've downloaded the 13.4 update and have run the exe file which seems to install ok.
However when I use Open In Camera Raw I still see version 13.0

When you downloaded and installed the 13.4 update, it installed the file in the Photoshop CC program location. You have to copy and paste the plug-in file (Camera Raw.8bi) to the correct location for Photoshop Elements. The full instructions can be found here. I saw that you have already been given instructions to do this in another thread. What exactly are you having difficulty with and we will try to help you out.
