add Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 Windows store version to edit with/edit in menu of other apps.

I am searching for a way to add elements 18 to the edit with/edit in menu of other apps. The app that i really need this to work in is Adobe Lightroom. It does not show up as a built in option, and you cant browse to it to add it because its in a hidden windows store app folder. It does not work even if you give yourself access to that folder in windows.

Can you not right-click on the package and choose to show contents? If so navigate to PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe after clicking the choose button in LR External editing preferences.

You can get in there and add it to the menu. It just wont open when you try to use it

Lightroom usually recognizes the Editor automatically when the regular version is installed; so I’m not sure why the packaged version is not working.

If you can set it up by adding the app as an additional editor in LR prefs you should be able to right click on a thumbnail and choose Edit In
