Adobe Elements Organizer 2018 - Bilder werden ohne Import in Datenbank angezeigt

Hallo Forum,

Ich möchte am Mac mit Adobe Elements Organizer 2018 Alte Familienfotos verwalten die sich jedoch nicht im Bilderordner befinden. Für die Bilder habe ich einen extra Ordner mit entsprechenden Unterordner angelegt. Es soll nur dieser Ordner in der Datenbank verwaltet werden. Daher habe ich diesen Ordner als „Überwachten Ordner“ ausgewählt. Leider tauchen immer wieder in der Baumstruktur auf der linken Seitenleiste ausserhalb meines überwachten Ordner andere Ordner auf, in denen sich zwar Fotos befinden, die ich aber nicht importiert habe und keine Überwachung eingerichtet habe. Die gelben Ordner tragen auch das Symbol „Berge mit Sonne“.

Wie kann ich verhindern, dass Adobe Elements Organizer diese Ordner ohne meines Zutun in meine Fotodatenbank mit aufnimmt? Oder ist das ein Bug?

I would like to manage Old Family Photos on the Mac with Adobe Elements Organizer 2018, but they are not in the Pictures folder. For the pictures I have created an extra folder with corresponding subfolders. Only this folder in the database should be managed. So I chose this folder as the Watched Folder. Unfortunately, again and again in the tree structure on the left sidebar outside of my monitored folder other folders appear in which there are photos, but I did not import and have set up monitoring. The yellow folders also carry the symbol "mountains with sun".
How can I prevent Adobe Elements Organizer from including these folders in my photo database without my intervention? Or is that a bug?

    From top to bottom:

    - If you don't want the watch folders feature, don't tick that box. There is another way, see further down.

    - You must have ONLY the chosen folder in that panel

    - Never choose to add automatically, it's better to chose yourself after the files have been found.

    If the watch folder does not work for you, ignore it (top checkbox).

    Periodically use the 'Import' feature to import the chosen master folder. Only files not already in your catalog will be imported, the possible duplicates won't be imported. Same result, but you control everything yourself.

    vielen Dank für deine Antwort.

    ich habe soeben die Lösung des Problems gefunden. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass wenn ich immer in „Photoshop Elements“ Bilder gespeichert habe, diese im Organizer abgelegt werden. Beim genauen hinschauen im „Speichern unter“ Fenster habe ich die Option „In Elements Organizer aufnehmen“ entdeckt. Wenn ich das Häkchen entferne, werden die Bilder nicht mehr im Organizer angezeigt.

    many thanks for your response.
    I have just found the solution to the problem. I noticed that if I have always saved in "Photoshop Elements" pictures, they are stored in the organizer. Looking closely at the "Save As" window I discovered the option "Include in Elements Organizer". If I remove the check mark, the images are no longer displayed in the organizer.
