Adobe Photoshop Elements 18 Licensing

Hi All,

I've looked all over the Adobe pages and cannot find the answer anywhere, what i'm wanting to find out is how Adobe Photoshop Elements 18 is licensed? Is it a per install or by user? I know that Creative Cloud is a per user basis but want to know whether Adobe Photoshop Elements 18 is the same?

On a single machine if you have installed and licensed the product, then any number of users created on that machine can use the software without having to enter the serial key again on that machine.

If you are planning to install it on different computers, then you can do this on only two machines at the same time.

In order to install the licensed software on a third machine, you would need to Sign out and deactivate the product from one mahcine and then only you would be able to License the software on third machine.
