assertion fail in elements 2023

My problem is solved thank you, I have split my Catalogues up, so instead of one large one I have several small ones, and have avoided tiff files although Adobe say that 

Photoshop accepts these, and this has solved the problem

I am constantly getting assertion fails in Elements 2023 the message tells me to go to Visual C++ where it says reinstall, as it is a known error, does this mean re-install Photoshop elements? and if so what about my 16000 photos in the catalogue

Hi, did you try to get in touch with Adobe support as I suggested in your duplicate post.
