backup photoshop elements 2024 problem

Backup of the catolog in photoshop elements does not succeed. Before the backup is finished I get the message:There was a problem in Adobe Elements 2024 Organizer and it needs to be closed.

This occurs when backing up only the catalog files as well as when making full backup.

    I had the same issue with Organizer 2023.  I'm surprised the issue hasn't been fixed yet.  This is what worked for me:

    Unfortunatily this does not work for me. I already copied the catalog direct to the new computer and the photo and video files are on an external disk.

     

    I hope the suppoort team will find a solution.
