Can't start Elements 12

When starting the Editor function the programme required me to sign in, which I did. But it won't open the Editor as another "Required sign in" pops up.

Tried to re-install. Nada. Some say to sign in offline, but that isn't possible.

Help?

How are you disconnecting from the internet? You need to be completely disconnected in order for it to work.

Please give us screenshots of any error messages you are seeing. (Do not include any personal information or serial numbers in the screenshots.)

I'm simply going to flight mode. And that's it: the pop up says I need to be online. Unfortunately there isn't anything else to it...

already tried. When I click in on the link with the instructions, it's just a generic page... and it won't sign in offline. The pop up keeps saying I need to be online!
