Question

cannot download media: "this device does not contain any supported media"

Hello,

I am using Photoshop Organizer 15 on a Windows 10 PC.

I recently began getting the message "this device does not contain any supported media" when trying to download photos from my Sony RX100 camera.

Something happened because until recently I have always been able to download media from this camera (and no, I do not know what changed in my PC that created this problem).

It seems that the problem is with my Sony RX100 camera "in combination" with PSE 15 because:

1) I can successfully use Sony's Playmemories Home app to download content from this same camera.

2) I can also successfully use the organizer to download photos from my iPhone

3) I can download the RX100 media from the SD card using the organizer

Please Help

As some of you may be aware, Sony tech support is useless

You mean you can download the files from a card reader, but not directly from the camera with a cable?

Maybe the result of one of the recent Windows 10 updates?

Probably. As I said, I do not know what changed in my PC.
