Configuring a Watch folder in Organizer

I have Elements 2020 as well at Premier 2020.  I have owned Elements from the first version.  I am trying to configure a watch folder in Organizer, however the watch folder is on a network storage device (Dell EMC server) as my folder is very large and needs to be accessable to others on the network.  The folder is mapped to my system with the organizer .  I can select the folder to add to the list, but when I do, the folder is not added.  I have tried everything I can think of, but no luck.  I have already imported all the pictures in bulk, but the folder contents change and I can't imagine trying to keep it sorted manually.

Does anyone have any ideas?
