Goal - Cleanly uninstall PSE 15 trial without messing up PSE 14

I've had a paid version of 14 for quite some time.

Explored version 15 for a short time to see if it was worth upgrading in my case.

I'll wait until latter and now want to uninstall the trial.

I'm aware of the fact that both versions may have shared ddls and other elements (files) which are common to both.

How do I cleanly uninstall PSE 15 and leave PSE 14 fully operational and untouched?

It may seem like a dumb question, but I learned the hard way  to play it safe and ask.

Thanks in advance.

You can try just uninstalling pse 15, but i would recommend that you uninstall both versions and reinstall pse 14.

The reason being that you'll likely lose all the file associations and icons related to pse 14 and you might not be able to add pse 14 to the Open With, especially on windows machines if you just uninstall pse 15 and leave pse 14.

    Hi,

Please refer to this help guide for clean uninstall:

Uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements

This would have no effect on your existing versions of PSE.

    Hope this would be helpful.

    Thanks,

Create a System Restore point and the uninstall version 15 via Control Panel.
