HELP! Foreground Color Box "split" and no idea how to change it back

I have no idea how else to explain this, so I could be off.

I opened Elements 2021 the other day and the foreground color box is split (see attached image). I have no idea how or why, but I'd love to get it back to normal. In the attached image you can see the arrow pointing towards how the foreground color is split and what the rest of the screen looks like.

Before I reinstall, is there some setting I'm missing here.

Running a Macbook Pro - Sonoma (OS 14).

Correct answer Jeff Arola

Unfortunately, it seems any photoshop elements versions 2022 and older have severe graphical issues when running on macOs Sonoma 14.

There is no fix so far, except to upgrade to Photoshop elements 2023 or 2024, which seem to be fine on mac OS Sonoma 14

update

Installing the macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 update seems to fix the interface graphical issues.

Thanks Jeff! Not the answer I was hoping for, but it validates that it's not an issue on my end. Appreciate you dropping knowledge!
