How to get text effects back?

I am using Elements 2020 and after using the drop shadow in Styles, and going back to Layers, I find that the text effect box under Text now only brings up the shadows, instead the textures you can add to your text.

This is happening under the Text tool, where there is a box towards the right-hand side of the screen, which should have the textures in it. How do I get those textures back? Thanks.
