Just moved to windows 11

When I click on the error info "here" button it tells me my operating system is no longer supported (which is Windows 11)

One workaround which has worked for others on Windows 11 is to try installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app first. No need to subscribe or pay anything.

Once you have installed the Cloud desktop app, ignore it and proceed with your Elements install. If you still have issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling Elements 15.

No idea why this works for others. Possibly related to something in the Elements code and Windows 11.

What do you mean the program will not work?  What error message are you getting? 

You can sign into Elements if you go to the Help>Sign In screen. 

If you did not sign out of the programs before upgrading to Win 11, you may be receiving a too many activations message.  If this is the case, you will have to contact Adobe support to deactivate your licenses.

Depending on how you upgraded to Win 11, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the programs.  If you click on this link, it will take you to your Adobe.com>Products page.  You should find a download link for your Elements programs (as well as the serial numbers).  Otherwise, you can copy the contents of your installation discs to a flash drive and install the programs from there.  (Or buy a cheap external optical drive reader.)
