This may be a temporary server problem.  I will report it to Adobe.

es ist einfach.

Ich bin über Erweitert-----Überarbeiten----Bild einfärben gegangen und die Notwendige datei wurde gelanden.

A French user has a similar problem.

This may be a result of the recent update to Elements 2024.   @uwe25079323jabs , can you tell us whether this was the first time you attempted to use the Colorize Photo feature.  This feature requires a download.  So, if you haven't downloaded the necessary files before you saw this problem, it may be worth rolling back to an earlier version of the program to see if you can get the necessary files.  See this post for a download link and further instructions to turn off Automatic Updates.

Yes, I have the same problem. I had a Adob employee by tchat. He sy, it's probaby a server problem. He advised me to wait until tomorrow. If I have well understood, they employed further servers for the upload

Hi , I've moved this thread from the Photoshop forum to the Photoshop Elements forum where you may get more responses and where it may help others.

Does it make any difference if in Advanced mode you go to Enhance>Colorize Photo?

Ich benutze Win 11 und Photoshop Elements 2024

es gibt dort die Funktion S/W Kolorieren, die Funktion muss extra geladen werden

What version of Photoshop Elements and Windows are you using?

How are you trying to convert to B&W that generates that message?
