My recent opened files don't update in PSE 15. There doesn't seem to be any customer service so maybe someone here has any answer or suggestion. TIA

Adobe not only does not provide any direct support at all (phone, mail or chat) but not even takes care of reading these forums.

This has been going on for months: it's a bug, both under windows and Mac.

We provide them real money and therefore expect a real working product !

    Hi lapoint1207,

playing around a little, I moved the two preference folders from the library folder to the desk (in any case..!):

          Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 Paths

          Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 Settings

Then, when restarting PSE 15, the moved files were re-established, the"recent opened files..."-menu is empty and takes again the recently used files!

Finally, delete the moved folders from the desk.

    Greetings

    JG

Is this in the Organizer or the Editor?

    Is it after saving changes?

    What exactly are you doing?

    This is in the Editor

It's after saving all the changes, closing out and coming back in

I'm creating pages with many layers - it used to save the last files opened plus the layered page.

It seems stuck on files opened and saved quite a while ago and adds no new ones. It's not a terrible problem - I can always go to file then open, but it's annoying that it doesn't work like it used to because I used it frequently to pull up the page I was working on.

I'm trying to avoid uninstalling PSE15 and reinstalling because of all the actions and styles I would have to reload.

Thanks for your interest in helping me.

The only suggestion is to start from the Organizer. Select the thumbnails for your page and images and click the editor button at the bottom. This assumes you automatically save everything into Organizer or add to version sets.

Moved out of the Forum Lounge (not for technical support) and to the Photoshop Elements forum.
