My version of Elements 12 editor does not run on my Mac

Years ago I needed to get a new logic board on my MacPro (version 10.14.6) and since the repair I am not able to open the app. I have de-installed and re-installed several times but it has yet to work. The app store says that updates are not available.

How do I solve this problem? can I get a new version of elements?

You can buy PSE 2021 (or download the trial first to confirm it will work on your computer).
