Need information on ordering prints from Fuji through PE [was: human]

I need an answer from a Human, not the automated thing. I need information on ordering prints from Fugi through PE. I don't want to order unless I know what kind of paper the print will be made on. I have other questions as well. I need to get ahold of someone asap.

Ordering photos from Fuji directly from PSE is not available in France, but I would have no problem to order directly to Fuji without PSE. I think you should ask directly to Fuji.

 

If your other questions are not related to your question, ask here in the forum. Chances are that even if they are not completely solved, you might be better prepared to discuss the issue with Adobe staff.

to Michael. I went to the link and found a phone number to call. After several run arounds I finally got to talk to a human but he would not talk to me! I was told that only those who have  Photoshop Elements 2023 were eligiable for phone support,  I have Elements 2021. Leaves a real good impression, dosen't it.

Ok, the 'support' from Adobe for Elements has always been limited to the current or previous version. Unfortunately, it's too frequently used to refuse support for other requests like activation or licence problems (even if they have to support those cases independently from version numbers). Anyway, the real reason of the refusal may be that they consider printing issues as being supported by the printer provider. So, if you can give more details, you may get help here from the community.
