Need to install Photoshop Elements again, after a Recovery.

For more than half a year, I have a system problem with my Windows-8.1-PC Computer from acer. The Acer Support and a computer specialist in the town where I live told me, that a complete recovery of disk C: and 😧 is necessery, so I'm going to have to reinstall all my programs wich I had installed as a supplement to devices.

One of these software is Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, which I don't know any details to.

Could you tell me, how to get a serial number from the proram files I have on my PC (it's all I have) for reinstalling/ getting this product again, after I deleted everything? I wanto make sure I secured everything and have less time as possible without my computer and the programs.

Also Ihave problems wih different softtware, not from Adobe. E.g. I have a scaner triber which I had problems wirh installing on windows 8.1 because it is for windows 7 and xp. So I need to keep this, now fnctioning triber, but I do not kow how. Maybe someone had a similiar problem already.
