Photo not showing in editor

Well, the other user has just reported that she is using Windows.   So forget that theory.  The question mark shows that the file is a missing file in the Organizer.  In other words, the file has either been moved or renamed outside of the Organizer and so the database can't find it in the expected location.  I believe there are some other Mac-specific issues with the Organizer, so will await Jeff's input. But in the meantime, please answer how you "downloaded a folder" into the Organizer, and where is the folder stored?

Hi Jon.  Somebody else just reported a similar problem.  I am waiting for confirmation of whether they are also using a Mac.  If so, perhaps there is a recent Mac OS update that has created the problem.  Since I know nothing about Macs, I am going to ping @Jeff Arola, another Community Expert who should be able to help out.
