Canon 90 D C3-fil Elementereg har en ny pc HP Jeg må bruke en dng converter fra Adobe til å omfatere filene mine fra RawC3 filer . Jeg klarer ikke å få åpnet filene i Adobe Elements 23 ... jeg får åpnet de i Adobe Elements 14 . Jeg prøvde å laste ned Raw pluggs In! Jeg prøver å oppdatere Elements 23 Og det går ikke ! Kan noen løse mitt problem ?? Jeg har en ny PC 16 GB minne AMDRyzen 5 generasjon !

For photoshop elements 2023 the camera raw plugin is an optional install, unlike previous photoshop elements versions that included camera raw.

 

In the Photoshop Elements Editor did you go to Help>Install Camera Raw?

      I would try uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 23. The native CR3 format is supported and should open without conversion.
