photoshop 14 installer on window 10

Hi to everyone

I tried to reinstall Photoshop 14 on my new pc (with Windows 10) and it starts telling me (verify the authorizzations for that directory or try another directory).

I tried but it didn't work .

Is there someone who can tell me what to do?

I downloaded it from thè site Adobe buy I Don t know why it is telling me that the directory hasn t got the authorization.
