Photoshop Elements 2022 for Mac has stopped working with Sonoma

I have updated my Mac OS to Sonoma 14.0, and my version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 has started to fail. Several options do not work.

I only bought this quite recently so I hope there is a free upgrade.

Does anyone know?
