Photoshop Express not showing the Combine Photos funcitonality

I’ve raised this issue on mobile devices in the PS Express community. Maybe an Adobe employee will investigate.

I’m not sure why the Combine Photos button is not working. I also see the same in Adobe Express. On my iPhone I can select the home button in Adobe Express to see Combine Files - view image. However nothing seems to happen when I click the Combine Files button but it does work in a browser on my computer.

In my Chrome  browser I can go to Quick Edits and choose Combine Files. I can then drag and drop files to create a PDF for download.

Also, include a screenshot so they can see what you are seeing. Use the Insert Image button (mountain and sun).
