Programm PSE Fotoeditor 2024 stürzt bei drücken Button Voreinstellungen ab

Ich habe auf imac (M1 Prozessor) das Programm Photoshop Elements 2024 installiert. Gehe ich im Programm Fotoeditor auf den Button Voreinstellungen (egal was ich dort anklicke), stürzt der Fotoditor sofort ab und es kommt nur die Meldung Fehler, weiter nichts. Habe schon den Support kontaktiert, aber die haben mir auch nicht geholfen, sondern nur auf Ihre Fehlerseite hingewiesen. Deshalb wende ich mich an die Community, vielleicht hat jemand dasgleiche Problem und es gibt eine Lösung. Ich wäre also dankbar, wenn jemand eine Idee oder Lösung hat. Ich hatte das Programm schon deinstalliiert und dann wieder installiert, aber es ist dasselbe Problem geblieben.

The workaround would be to change the language for Photoshop Elements 2024 editor to English US. Please follow the below steps:

1. Please open system settings> click General in the sidebar, then click Language & Region on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)

2. Go to Applications, select Photoshop Elements 2024> Support Files> PSE editor

3. Choose a language for an app: Click the Add button, choose an app and a language from the pop-up menus, then click Add.

danke peter- hat genau so funktioniert. sprache bleibt deutsch nicht wie neu eingestellt englisch, aber keine abstürze mehr. der editor wird in der auswahl nicht angezeigt und muss unter andere im programmordner gesucht werden. danke und gruss

Did you get the newly released 2024.3 update that is supposed to fix that issue?

I believe this problem was originally reported by French installations. It looks like it may now be affecting German language versions too. It has been reported to Adobe.

Das gleiche bei mir. Seit dem letzten Sonoma Update stürzt der Photosphop Editor ab. Sowohl bei der 2020er Version als auch bei der 2024er, die ich heute installiert habe.

Die Fehlermeldung sagt nur "Fehler", weiter nichts.

Ich bin im Programm "Fotoeditor" auf "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 Editor/ Voreinstellungen/z.B. Allgemein" gegangen und der Fotoeditor ist sofort abgestürzt. Ich kann auch auf alle dort aufgeführten Punkte gehen und der Editor stürzt auch dann sofort ab.

Komischerweise beim "Orgenizer" funktioniert Voreinstellungen beim anklicken und ich kann dort Voreinstellungen vornehmen, nur beim Fotoeditor tritt das Problem auf.

Auf meinem imac isi Sonoma 14.4.1 installiert.
