PSE 15 keeps on asking for serial number after each restart

Hello,

I have been using PSE 15 since its release. Today, when I opened the program, it opened as a trial version, so I keyed in the serial number, and it worked. Now, everytime I open the program it reopns as a trial version and asks for the serial number. What could be wrong?
