Sync issue in onedrive

Adobe Photoshop Elements 14.ink

No access permissions to the item. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow this item to sync.

How do I fix this error in OneDrive? I am using windows 10. It appeared after I edited a picture in photoshop and saved it to my pictures folder.

I have the same sync .ink error but with Acrobat. If I figure it out, I will let you know.
