Hi, I am facing a problem after installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019. I purchased this product online and downloaded it, but every time after installing it says:

We are sorry, but you are in a country where software distribution is restricted by U.S. Law. This application will now exit. Please un-install this application from your computer.

I talked to a Adobe customer service representative, but this didn't fix the problem. I still can't open the program.

Does anybody have a solution?

    I checked IP Location Finder, and they are all in Canada.I downloaded it for myself.

    OK, I found the problem.

    I checked the country-setting of my Lap top and there was a country from Africa as my country location set. Instead of Canada.

    Are you working for a company, or have set up personally, a VPN to somewhere else? If you don't know what I'm talking about, please go to IP Location Finder - Geolocation  and look at the locations it shows for you. Are they all in Canada?
