What Version of Elements Do I Need to Process RAW Images From Nikon D3400?

I recently bought a new Nikon D3400.  Now I find that my PS Elements 10 will not process the RAW images.  How far do I need to update to get a version that will process RAW images from this camera?

    Photoshop elements 15, since it's the current photoshop elements version and the only one adobe sells.
