Why are updates greyed out for Photoshop Elements 2020

I have 2020 Photoshop elements and the upgrade area is greyed out. How can I update this program,  I have version: Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 18.0 (20200120.m.139570) x64

You already have the latest version, there is nothing to update.
