Hallo,ik kocht de download voor premiere elements 18 na download, uitpakken en installatie krijg ik een foutmelding wanneer ik foutoverzicht aanklik krijg ik de melding dat de "map niet gevonden word" en via klant ondersteuning kom ik uiteindelijk op dit forum.de toepassing (premiere elements) lijkt volledig te werken maar waar ik de foutmelding voor krijg is me niet duidelijk.groeten en bedankt voor de geboden hulp,R.B

Here's the background: I purchased Premiere Elements 15 over a year ago. I now have a lot of files in .MOV format that I created last year from mini DV tapes. A LOT OF THEM. I converted them using a camcorder and ran them through iMovie 10.1.8 to create the .MOV files.I'm working on a MacBook Pro (2011), 2 GHz Intel Core i7; 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3. I'm on Sierra 10.12.6. (I'm hesitant to upgrade my OS on this MacBook Pro. The recent OS is not supposed to work with iMovie 10.1.8. The iMovie version I have is the only one that will work with my camcorder and convert my old movies.)I've got QuickTime 10.4 for Mac. And I've got 90-140 GB of free storage on the hard drive - depending on what I'm doing.So here's the problem: I can't import ANY .MOV files as a WHOLE file. It just does not happen. It seemed to work fine in 2016 and early 2017 when I was testing it out. This week, I've tried to import 14 files so far. I've tried all at once. And one at a time. Hi there 🙂I have an issue with Premiere Elements 2018. Whenever I drag a Title into the timeline, PE2018 shows me the "colourful ball of Death" and then stops responding. I waited for a few hours but it won't recover.I tried reinstalling PE2018 and even reinstalling the entire computer, to see it that would solve it. Still the same.A  current generation MBP is not such an uncommon machine and "adding a Title" not such an uncommon task for a video editing software. If I had come across this problem during the test period, I would've just bought another product, but I have already spend 120€ on PE2018 and am unable to create even the simplest videos with it 😞I am also using it on a windows machine occasionally, but over there everything works fine. It only happens on my 2017 MacBook Pro 😞Is that a known bug? Is there a fix/workaround available for it? Am I the only person on the planet having this issue? 🙂If someone could help, I'd appreciate!Greets,.

I need about 35 unique titles in a project, and even more in others.  A single title may be just one word, or may be two or three phrases placed around the frame.  Each title has different text, color, size, etc.  Is there a simpler way to put these into the timeline other than: 1.  Open Project Assets2.  Duplicate an existing title3.  Drag the title onto the timeline4.  Double-click on the title and begin editing itNot only does this really clutter the Project Assets collection, but it's a longer process that it seems it should be.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

HI all - I'm on a trial of Premiere Elements on a macbookpro. When I select an animation for a motion title, scroll down and click Apply, my chosen animation does not appear.  No matter what I animation I choose, the same one appears - a fly in from left with some weird white lines above and below the title.  thanks!

Last month I was able to upload videos from my phone mp4 into adobe premiere 15 and create videos.  I tried other uploads from my camera and same results.  I receive the following error - 'the importer reported a generic error'.  I called support on the phone and they said they do not support it and they do not have the knowledge to answer or resolve this issue.   I was then told to contact support via chat.  Ok, did that today and they too cannot help, as the product is not longer supported.  I would need to search the forums.  I have searched for forums for hours and there is no resolution.  Chat support stated I need to open an issue within the forums.  Obviously that is what I am doing now.  But my question is, if it was never resolved in the first place, how can they resolve it now?  And, I keep receiving updates for this product, so how can it still be supported then.  I was thinking about upgrading but if support i

I just finished creating a 55 minute video, but I've been trying to work through a problem for hours before uploading to YouTube, and I still haven't figured it out. Basically, the video fills up the entire work monitor I see in premiere, but after exporting, there were giant black bars are the sides. I quickly found out that all I needed to do was change the resolution of my video to 1280 x 720. Now most of the video fills up the entire screen, except a lot of the still images I use in the video still have black bars. There is a lot of keyframing (like panning, zooming, etc.) done on these still images, so this aspect ratio change screws all of those animations up. The entire project is comprised of video clips and still images I downloaded off YouTube and Google. None of the images or footage is filmed from a camera or anything. Just when I thought I was out of the woods I am stuck with another problem. Just as I was completing a project with a nice opening title that has eaten up probably 100 hours, I cannot get rid of the two white "frames" that appeared when I was editing the title. They are superimposed now on the ENTIRE 15 minute video. in the entire video. I've seen these frames overlaying title before but they disappeared after I saved my work. can someone tell me how to get rid of them?

I have been editing some footage with a decent camera and the quality of the videos are relatively good. For some reason, while I am editing them on adobe premiere elements, the quality of the videos significantly worsen. Does this change when I export the final video or will the outcome be the same? I have tried rendering the footage and it is of no help. Please leave any suggestions as to how I could improve the footage quality. Quality of the footage not downloaded on the app is much better in comparison to when on the application.

I bought Adobe Premier Elements 2018 and it came with the latest version of Adobe Organiser. All good so far. I've imported some old catalogues, however, if I click the "edit" button it only gives me options to install the latest Photoshop Elements package via DVD, or to download the trial version. I already have Photoshop Elements 13 and am perfectly happy to stay with it so I'd like to be able to point the editor to that. Sadly though, if I try and add Elements 13 as an external editor, Organiser kindly informs me that there is no need, as support is already built in. Yes, it is, but not for older versions (or so it seems).Having tried that, I then loaded up my old version of Organiser, which still works just fine. However, if I wish to open a video file for editing, it informs me that I need to purchase Premier Elements 13. Is there any way I can get one version of Elements Orgainser (don't care which one) to open both Photoshop Elements 13 AND Premier Elements 2018? I can perhaps u

Hello, community. I recently purchased Premiere Elements as I recently purchased an iMac. I am very frustrated because of how the animated GIFs are imported in Premiere Elements with a solid white background despite being originally transparent. I tested a transparent image of a non-moving logo and it was fine, but for some reason, the animated GIFs aren't imported as its original form and automatically has a solid white background every time and is asked to videomerge for whatever reason. Can anyone help me and tell me why this is happening? I had the Windows version of Premiere Elements before and it was fine with importing transparent GIFs as transparent GIFs.

Hi, i have a problem with my Adobe Elements 14. It crashes all the time. I have MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.3. I do have a free space (400 gb free from 1TB). 8GB ram and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2GB. I have bought original software from Adobe and used it for about 2 years with no problem. It starts about 2 months ago. When i start new project import files program turn off it selv. No saving of course. It is impossible to work with it. I have tried to uninstall it and start again. Pls help me, what to do, if my (original) Premiere Elements disk 1 does not install the program on my PC at all. It says that it was installed but i there is not any on my PC. (Windows 7). Where I can find a replacement if I had bought it 8 years ago? (And never had tried to use it before?) Picture disappears in certain places. even if I delete it and insert it again, the picture is gone in exactly the same place. Can it be the Premiere Elements has problems with transparent TIFF files?

I have had clips from several different cards, several different cameras, and several different formats, where not all of the audio imports into my project. However,they import fine in Elements 14. I can't track down a common denominator with this issue.Is there an update to Elements 2018 that fixes this?Thanks for you help!

I used Premiere 2010 for years, started to have driver issues and could not preview the videos when editing them, video window went black but I could here the sound.  Decided perhaps I should get the latest version which I did purchase.  I can open the program, but when I try to add video files to the storyboard it gives me the same pop up error as written above.  I tried many files at first then went down to just one file to add, same error, any suggestions?

The help discussions said if I had shake reduction on any clip before 2018 I was stuck.  But I do have 2018, and I reloaded the clip from Media.Now still not exporting or rendering.  No clips show the error message, since I replaced the one that did.  Still no exporting.

When I click on the application to open it, an icon appears in the Windows 10 task bar, but then it does nothing.We uninstalled and re-installed Premier Elements 14.  We also followed the instructions suggested in the URL:Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements do not launch | Windows 10Please help. 

I'm not able to insert Music into my video, that is running on a separate audio line. Also the drag and drop functionality of the music elements is generally not working. I'm using Premiere Elements 2018 latest version but test version to evaluate the software. I spent one hour to realize that it is simply not possible to insert a mp3-file as a sountrack as background of the video. Is this a bug?

Hello All, I recently installed Premiere Elements 2018 and up until this point it had been running smoothly, until this past Thursday when I exited out of the project and it popped up a message stating it was looking for solutions to the issue. I paid little mind to this as nothing else came up and the program closed normally afterward. After roughly a half hour passed I went to open the Video Editor and it will not load in, I click the tab and the little blue and white flashing bar just flows from left to right, like it is trying to load but will not. I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it but the issue persists.I know that I have the correct specifications to run it, as I had been running the program perfectly and bought my Surface for Premiere Elements, knowing that it met and exceeded the requirements for the program.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I have created new project containing 60fps video shots, but after many hours I spent with editing, I did export which was 25fps. I checked the project setting and it was really in 25fps and cannot change it. Is there any workaround how to change the fps in almost finished project?

I have been a heavy user of PE since 2011 and try to learn more, have Classroom In A Book.  In this case, the book does not get through my thick skull.Have read pp. 141-148 "Creating a Picture-in-Picture Overlay" to "Compositing Two Clips Using Videomerge"and just don't get it.I want to superimpose many, many shapes, without loosing Opacity.  So, could someone send me in the direction of  understanding how to do it?  Videomerge?(not even quite getting Videomerge)Let's take a shot made with Photoshop Element of the letter A, how do I superimpose it on another shot made without a camera of letter Z.The letters are White and the background is Black.Thanking your replies !
