14” MBP M1P Ventura 13.3 with Premier Pro 23.2 - Lag during playback also audio popping

Hi there. I don't know if this is Adobe or Apple issue but as you can see in the video, during playback with a simple clip with a simple log and some very light editing to it already lagging during playback and you can hear the audio pop as well.

 

It only gets worse if you add transitions or anythign else. I feel like i can't be creative because my basically new computer can barley even handle it. It doesn't do this with any other program though.
