23.1 Multiple Bugs - anyone else?

I'm on a Mac with Ventura 13.0.  Premiere Pro v 23.1 Build 86.

Since I upgraded to 23.1 the following things are happening:

-When I press the spacebar to stop the playhead, it keeps moving for several frames before it stops.

-When I'm using my mouse to drag or highlight items, it behaves erratically, jumping around.

-I have timeline snapping turned on, but clips don't always snap when they're placed together.

-I have noticed a much higher instance of crashes ("system has encountered an error and needs to shut down") than ever before.

None of these were issues before the upgrade.  I have not changed any settings or equipment from the previous version, and the projects I'm working on now are no more complex than previous ones.

Can anyone advise of fixes or at least workarounds?  In particular the lagging playhead is really an issue because I cut to music and it requires precision.
