adobe .mogrt not supported by premiere pro

Question

Hi, I licenced a template for Premiere Pro, and when I try to intall it Premiere tells me it's already installed. But it's not showing up in my Graphics Templates window, and in the library it is saying it's not supported in Premiere.

Where is the screen showing Templates are not supported in Premiere?

I downloaded this template, imported it through the Graphics panel, and it appeared as expected in the My Templates.
