Adobe Premeire Still Crashing after update...

I reported a bug within Adobe Premiere, back in early December.

I just downloaded the most recent update for Premiere, and after downloading it... I opened the program and the FIRST thing I did was,

-create a text-box,

-use the font Lucida Grande,

-put the text in Italics,

-Then I typed the letters "ff" and IMMEDIATELY the program crashed.

 

The issue is not fixed, and it's been two of the most frustrating months working on a very long project, while CONSTANTLY having to navigate around this issue.

 

Please fix it as soon as possible...

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. I believe this issue is fixed; however, are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
