Adobe Premiere 2024 consistently crashing

Ok, so as the title states, Premiere is consistently crashing and I have done just about everything to try and remedy the issues. It's not a singular project in particular nor does it matter whether or not it's a regular project or a production. I load up a project and 5, 10, 15 minutes later, 30 minutes if I'm lucky, in the middle of editing, (simple cutting down clips) Premiere will crash and either ask to send a bug report or it will just close. It's becoming a very frustrating work environment, having to manually save, after every action, knowing that a crash is imminent.

First here are my specs.

OS: Windows 11

CPU: Intel i9 14900k

GPU: RTX 3090 ti (Studio Driver 555.99)

RAM: 128gb

Second, here's what I've tried so far.

1. Older versions (24.0, 24.0.3, 24.1, 24.2.1, 24.3 and 24.4.1). Im currently running 24.3 as that seems to be the most stable.

2. Cleared and manually deleted all media cache.

3. Cleared preferences and workspaces.

4. Turned off GPU scheduling.

5. Gave Premiere full access security permissions to all relative folders.

6. Updated GPU drivers and repaired C++ visual files.

7. Moved media files to a different hard drive to edit off of.

8. I moved my plugins.

9. Launched the Adobe diagnostic tool, but that just wanted me to update to 24.4.1 even when I was already on that version... Weird.

This all started after updating to 24.4.1. I also had BSODs at one point, but those were remedied with turning off the GPU scheduling in Windows graphic settings. Thanks in advance for any help and ideas on what to try next. I'm at my wits end, as I have also contacted Adobe Support, who tried all the above steps themselves and still can't figure it out. They are calling me back on Monday with a Senior tech support agent. In the meantime I will merely continue editing, saving every minute or so, and enduring a crash every 15 minutes.

This has to be a driver issue. The Driver is the communication nexus between the software and the hardware.
Caused by a possible update in Adobe, the operating system or very unlikely the hardware, so updating or replacing the driver may not work.
Somehow the driver, lost its ability to smoothly and correctly work.
Everyone's system looks good. The communication between the software and hardware is the issue for reasons unknown.
A future software, driver, patch update may fix this system communication issue.

Not I, unfortunately. Premiere is still crashing for me. I updated to the latest patch and drivers hoping to solve it to no avail. Very random crash rate as well. I Was working on a project all day today and experienced no crashing, until this last hour or so when it crashed twice within the hour. Very annoying.

Has anyone figured out this issue? I just got a brand new system, Windows 11, i9, RTX 4070ti, 64GB RAM, rock solid in any other apps, games, etc. I have worked in Premiere for years windows 95 - 10, usually very stable with little issues. With this new system when editing in Premiere (and working with RAW images in PS) my system screen goes black, then reboots seemingly randomly. I tried re-installing everything from scratch, including Windows via online ISO. I even exchanged my system for a new one from the store - no change. Even crashes with GPU disabled in Premiere project settings. I am running out of things to try.

Any insights would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

It's something that should not be happening. I ran a stress test on the computer and got the same basic results as if rendering - poor.  Everything was working fine, and now not so much, If not for video rendering, I would have never noticed. It could be anything at this point.  Something similiar happened before, then fixed itself with a new driver download, now, happening again after this download. When the system works, it works good.
Both our system specs are good so hopefully not the hardware.
Not sure what the solution is, but the systems should easily be able to continue to handle video.

That's interesting to know. I will double check my drivers but I think I had reverted to a previous version and still had some crashing issues. Adobe support on the phone eventually told me it was most likely an issue between my PC and .mov files. And that I should just edit any .mov files on a MAC... 🫠🫠

Studio Driver 555.99 - the download does not communicate with adobe video rendering.  The prior version was fine. This one has  issues. It's not you, your video or what ever other hoop that you are asked to jump through.
