Adobe Premiere 2024 consistently crashing

Ok, so as the title states, Premiere is consistently crashing and I have done just about everything to try and remedy the issues. It's not a singular project in particular nor does it matter whether or not it's a regular project or a production. I load up a project and 5, 10, 15 minutes later, 30 minutes if I'm lucky, in the middle of editing, (simple cutting down clips) Premiere will crash and either ask to send a bug report or it will just close. It's becoming a very frustrating work environment, having to manually save, after every action, knowing that a crash is imminent.

First here are my specs.

OS: Windows 11

CPU: Intel i9 14900k

GPU: RTX 3090 ti (Studio Driver 555.99)

RAM: 128gb

Second, here's what I've tried so far.

1. Older versions (24.0, 24.0.3, 24.1, 24.2.1, 24.3 and 24.4.1). Im currently running 24.3 as that seems to be the most stable.

2. Cleared and manually deleted all media cache.

3. Cleared preferences and workspaces.

4. Turned off GPU scheduling.

5. Gave Premiere full access security permissions to all relative folders.

6. Updated GPU drivers and repaired C++ visual files.

7. Moved media files to a different hard drive to edit off of.

8. I moved my plugins.

9. Launched the Adobe diagnostic tool, but that just wanted me to update to 24.4.1 even when I was already on that version... Weird.

This all started after updating to 24.4.1. I also had BSODs at one point, but those were remedied with turning off the GPU scheduling in Windows graphic settings. Thanks in advance for any help and ideas on what to try next. I'm at my wits end, as I have also contacted Adobe Support, who tried all the above steps themselves and still can't figure it out. They are calling me back on Monday with a Senior tech support agent. In the meantime I will merely continue editing, saving every minute or so, and enduring a crash every 15 minutes.

Yep, that'd be great.  Feel free to DM me.

Sure, I can do that. Would a dropbox link work? I can upload two folders, one for each project with certain files from each?

Are you able to send me a sample file of each?  I really need more specific info about exactly what file type you are working with.

These are all straight from the camera I believe. Not proxies. The one project was filmed on Sony Cameras, while the other was on Canon cameras.

Are they ProRes files?  Are they directly from the camera or some form of proxy (they sound too large to be proxies tho)?  If you are using transcoded footage, what program are you using to do that?

Thanks for the response. The two projects I've been working on for the last two weeks, while experiencing the crash the most, have both had .mp4 and .mov video files, and have been either 1080p or 4k in resolution. Both are fairly large projects, in terms of the total amount of video files being used. At least large to me, being 1 to 2.5tb in total size. To re-create the crash, all I'm doing is watching through the timeline of the edit, and after some time of editing, seems to happen most often when I make a cut in a clip, and hit play, the app will just crash. I wish it was more complex than that, as it would be easier to pinpoint what's happening and make me sound less crazy. Ha. But these are just the raw clips being cut down for use in a narrative. No special effects like lumeterie color or speed ramping or anything like that have been added,  As per the task manager being open. I will continue to keep it open as I edit this weekend to see if I see anything in particular, but I haven't noticed anything specifically crazy taking place when the crash happens.

Hi Denzil,  Sorry you're having difficulties thats super frustrating.  I'd love to get a bit more info to help you out. What type of footage are you working with?  And what are the exact steps used to create the crash.  Also, if you have the Task Manager open while working; I'd be curious to know if there are any anomolies before the crash.
