Adobe premiere MacBook Pro 2019 - Freeze Mac always!

Today is Impossible to use Premiere Pro to work for me.

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" with 2.3 GHz Intel Core i9 8 core, 32Gb Ram and AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB and Sequoia 15.1.

Working with Adobe Premiere and After Effect has become impossible, it freezes the ENTIRE computer after a few minutes of work (especially when I watch the video in preview). The only solution is to turn off the computer from the power button.

 

Is it possible that there is no fix for this thing?
