Its happening the same to me. Since I had the last MacOS Ventura update, and Adobe Premiere 2023.

Not sure if it's happening same to you, but after several minutes I'm working on premiere, laptop gets frozen for 1 minute aprox and then crashes and turns Off straight forward.
