Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder Not launch

I have the Adobe 2024 suite, and Premiere Pro And Adobe media encoder wouldn’t start for me. Previously, it used to open normally, so I decided to update the entire suite to 2025 to see if it was an update issue, but nothing changed. I even installed Premiere Pro on a different hard drive, separate from the other programs, and it still won’t load or open. Suddenly, it just stopped working, and I don’t know why. I’ve updated the Windows drivers and the NVIDIA drivers again, but nothing.

It’s strange because all the other Adobe programs work perfectly, but Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder are the only ones that won’t open. I don’t know what’s causing this. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be very helpful.
