Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 with AMD graphic card

I have the same problem.

Tried the following steps:

- Disabled Intel onboard graphics

- Reinstalled latest crimson driver

- Reinstalled 2015.3

I am using an R9 200 AMD graphics adapter.

Photoshop seems to find the graphics card, Premiere, AE and Media Encoder do not. Only Mercury Software available.
