Adobe Premiere Update 23.5 Crashes at Start Up

Seriously ?? Premiere Pro 23.5 ALSO crashes at start up. I can not work on my PC anymore 😞

I am on Windows 10 and I can not open Premiere since 23.4. Please HELP.

    Start with trashing prefs and media cache.
