ADOBE SUPPORT IS NO HELP!!!

On chat - there's the bot - it doesn't answer any questions correctly

I call - after going through every prompt I'm on SILENT hold for god knows how long, never spoke with anyone; I called several times

Agents on chat don't know how to help 

And where is the support email address?

 

Always spending HOURS troubleshooting and NO REAL HELP!

And also, when you get to a real person, always ask immediately for the video que. That gets you out of the generalist helpers.

 

Past that, posting a detailed comment here with your gear, media, and the troubles you're having might get you useful assistance also.

Adobe does not do support by email or text message

 

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
