Question

After saving project, audio decides to move along the timeline after I reopen it

I am editing a short film with 2 separate voiceovers. They are both in separate files and with one of them, whenever I save and close the project and re-open it later on, the audio which has been cut up and assembled decides to move down the timeline. The same layering is there however it is a different time on the audio, for example: "Can you help me up" became some gibberish and that line moved down the timeline to another block of audio from that file. The other audio file for the other voiceover is completely fine which is why I am very confused about this bug. I don't know if it is to do with the file or whatnot or if I'm even explaining well enough to understand. It is just very weird. Furthermore, the first bit of this audio file I edited right at the start of the timeline is completely fine, it's around 5 cuts of that file that this starts to happen. I am so confused.

Hello @Louis29162191nxuz,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin
