AfterFX.exe - Sytem Error - MSVCR110.dll

I cannot figure this one out and its now intterupting my work. I really REALLY need to get this resolved.

Premier, After Effects, Media Encoder give the same error - PS and Ai are unneffected

-Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling

-ran as admin
