audio bug in premiere pro 2023

I have a problem that I do not understand, I want to synchronize a video with audio but the curve that appears in my timeline is not the same when I zoom in and the sound starts at a place where there is no curve, moreover, the audio is repeated on some sentences but not all the time, I tried to empty the cache but it does not change anything, what can I do?
