audio file does not transfer to premiere

When I import my audio files (ZOOM0001 - MP3), it always works, but for some time now, some files are not transferred.
Let's suppose that out of 20 files, 18 are successful, and 2 do not go to Premiere. In this case, I need to move these 2 to another folder and then move them to Premiere.

It would be great to inspect one of the files that cannot be imported to Premiere Pro. Is it possible to share a file with us? You can upload it to Creative Cloud or Dropbox, etc., and then PM me the link if you don't mind.

I suspect that if similar files can be imported, it may have to do with folder permissions. Please have a look at this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html
